- A move enters the schedule once the booking is confirmed and you’ve signed off on the written estimate.
- Terms governing cancellations, rescheduling, and any deposit live within the moving contract you execute.
- If circumstances force a change or a cancellation, notify us at the earliest opportunity.
Your Responsibility For Accuracy
Requesting an estimate or scheduling obligates you to supply truthful, complete information. Pricing rests on what you disclose — the inventory, the access at both ends, the addresses in play. Errors or omissions can move the number and limit what we can deliver.
Liability Limits
You accept the site as it is, without any warranty of availability or fitness. To the fullest extent the law allows, Marshian Movers bears no liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, an inability to access it, or reliance on its general content. That limitation applies to the website only. Your actual move is governed separately by the contract you sign and the cargo protection and liability provisions written into it.
