We load brick lofts in Deep Ellum, two-stories along the M Streets and Lakewood near White Rock Lake, older homes in Kessler Park and Casa Linda, and condos rising along the Dallas North Tollway. An efficiency apartment near Klyde Warren Park and a four-bedroom off Mockingbird get the very same kit: a Marshian truck, our own pads and dollies, and a crew that draws a W-2 paycheck from us.
