Heat and humidity do harm a lot of outfits shrug off, so the breakable and the volatile earn careful handling. The cargo box of a Dallas summer can hit oven heat, and a sealed carton of vinyl, candles, or electronics left to roast will warp or melt well before the new house. Those vinyl records, candles, and electronics stay cushioned and clear of a baking box until loading; aerosols and capped bottles, which the heat acts on, ride up front in the cab or are left behind altogether.
